My subscribed hub has been suspended. What should I do?

At Hubpace, we take platform integrity seriously. To ensure a positive environment for all users, we may suspend hubs or users that violate our policies. If the hub you’ve subscribed to has been suspended, it’s important to know that the hub owner can still communicate with their members by direct message. We recommend reaching out to the hub owner directly to address the situation and request any necessary actions.

Please note that Hubpace does not process refunds on behalf of creators, so communication with the hub owner is key in resolving any concerns.
