Can I change my membership tier?

Yes, you can change your membership tier at any time.

he cost for the new tier will be prorated, and the unused days of your previous membership will be deducted from the price of the new tier. The billing date for the new tier will also be updated to the date you make the change.

When downgrading from a higher-priced tier to a lower-priced one, the change will take effect automatically after the billing period of your current membership ends.

The same applies when changing from annual to monthly or from monthly to annual.

Example of Upgrading:

  • Current Membership: $10 per month
  • New Membership: $20 per month
  • Current Date: August 10
  • Unused Days on Current Membership: 20 days remaining

Calculation:

  1. Daily Rate of Current Membership: $10 / 30 days = $0.33 per day
  2. Value of Unused Days: 20 days × $0.33 = $6.67

When you upgrade to the $20 tier on August 10, $6.67 will be deducted from the new tier’s price. Therefore, you will pay $20 - $6.67 = $13.33 for the remaining period of the new tier. Your new billing date will also be set to August 10, and future billing will occur on that date.

Example of Downgrading:

  • Current Membership: $20 per month
  • New Membership: $10 per month
  • Current Date: August 10
  • Billing Cycle Ends: August 31

If you downgrade to the $10 tier on August 10, the change will be applied automatically after the current billing cycle ends on August 31. You will enjoy the $20 tier benefits until August 31. Starting September 1, your membership will switch to the $10 tier, and future billing will occur on the 1st of each month.
