What happens to a member's access after a refund?
There are two methods to cancel access from your member:
1. You can directly cancel a user's access in the User Detail → Manage Subscription, you can choose to either
- a.cancel the member's access immediately or

2. For members who have engaged in inappropriate behavior, you can block them to restrict access instantly. A blocked member cannot access your hub until you unblock them.
