How can I issue a refund?
You can issue a refund for transactions within the last 30 days using either of the following two ways:
1. After clicking on a Member → User detail, or
2. Hub Settings → Member List → selecting the user → User Details
Please note that refunds typically take about 3-7 days to process.
What happens to a member's access after a refund?
Even after a refund is processed, the member's access will still be maintained.
In the User Detail → Manage Subscription, you can choose to either
1. cancel the member's access immediately or
2. after the current billing period ends.
