How do I request a refund?

All purchases on Hubpace are final. 
If you wish to request a refund, please contact the hub owner. Please note that hub owners cannot issue refunds for transactions that occurred more than 30 days ago.

What if the hub owner refuses a refund?

If the hub owner refuses a refund under unfair circumstances, please contact our Customer Service team. Hubpace will conduct an investigation and, at our sole discretion, determine whether a refund will be issued.
